Formation and integration of young leaders in the Three Seas Initiative region as an effective way of building the community of the Three Seas Initiative nation and their effective activity

The main objective of the panel is to operationalize the integration and formation of young leaders in the Three Seas Initiative countries. These activities will be implemented through the organization of the Schuman Young Generation Forum of the Three Seas Initiative region. However, the initiative itself will be only the beginning of shaping the whole movement of young leaders. We are planning periodic meetings for the leaders of the Three Seas Initiative and building relationships among young people who share the values that guided the Venerable Servant of God Robert Schuman. We also want to determine the activities aimed at implementing this project. An important element will be to draw attention to what are the expectations of young leaders and how they should carry out their tasks in the cultural, economic, scientific and political space to shape reality according to Christian values. Today, when we hear so often about the leadership of young people in various areas of life, it is worth asking ourselves how to effectively form new leaders, so that they know how to pursue their goals, while preserving the principles that guided, among others, the Venerable Servant of God Robert Schuman.
