Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs the mother cells of social welfare and the source of financing the defense effort

Poland made up by leaps and bounds for its socialist backwardness after 1988 thanks to the restoration of freedom for the work and entrepreneurship of its citizens. Lacking extraordinary financial capital, it became the site of the world's greatest so-called economic miracle of the late 20th century and began to gain a competitive edge through domestic entrepreneurship rather than foreign investment. Poles are the most entrepreneurial society in the European Union, a fact that stems from history, when the lack of a state of their own and inferior conditions for social and economic development were overcome by increased entrepreneurship, which became part of the national DNA.
