Simple Language Manager at X-kom
Specialist in internal and external communication, plain language and customer experience. He advises and trains how to speak to customers and employees correctly, coherently and naturally.
On a daily basis, he leads the plain language department in a large e-commerce company - the x-kom store. In this team he combines competences connected with language quality, copywriting and internal communication.
As an independent consultant he conducts audits and trainings related to plain language and communication quality. Previously, he worked, among others, as a customer advocate in the energy industry (Energa) or a consultant on service quality (iTaxi).
