Janusz Radomski graduated The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in 1993 and the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw.

In 1997-2007 associated with the Polish Ministry of Treasury, where was responsible for the corporate supervision over companies from the oil and gas industry,
including PKN ORLEN S.A., Lotos S.A., PGNiG S.A. and GAZ SYSTEM S.A.. In 2008-2011 he held key positions in CP Energia S.A. (now DUON SA),
2012-2014 CEO - PGNiG Technologie S.A.
2016-2017 CEO - Research and Development Centre of Teaching Aids and Equipment (COBRABiD)
and Research and Certification Office (COBRABiD-BBC).

Janusz Radomski has the extensive experience in the energy and gas industry, including the area of management of hydrocarbons deposits, their extraction and distribution, as well as the great expertise in supervision of companies. Mr. Radomski for nearly 20 years he has been the member of supervisory boards in 9 companies.
