Dr Hans Kluge is the WHO Regional Director for Europe. His vision is “United action for better health”, working in partnership to achieve universal health coverage, address health emergencies and promote healthier populations. He led the WHO/Europe Division of Health Systems & Public Health for a decade, and provided medical and public health services in Europe, Africa and Asia for 15 years.
