Bartosz Kaczmarek is a graduate of National Security at the National Defense Academy and (after reorganization) the Military Academy of Art.

For many years he was directly involved in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector, and then in the state administration. He uses his experience and skills advising non-governmental entities and SMEs.

Scientifically engaged in classical strategy and strategic culture development. On a daily basis works in the logistics industry, where he deals with strategic planning and cooperation with foreign partners.
