Wiktor Pilarczyk

Wiktor Pilarczyk has 20 years of managerial experience in the areas of business controlling, reporting, strategy, sales, HR and M&A processes. Prior to joining the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, he held supervisory and managerial positions. In 2011-2021, as Branch President, he was responsible for the development of sales in the Polska Press Group and then as President of the Gdansk Branch of the Polska Press Group, where he introduced strategic directions for the development of the commercial area. From 2008 to 2011 he worked at CEPD N.V. Holding, where he was responsible, among other things, for the implementation of projects to increase revenue efficiency as well as cost efficiency of group companies in the Polish, Lithuanian and UK markets.
From 2005 to 2008 he worked at PKN ORLEN where he was responsible, among other things, for the processes of integration and supervision of foreign companies from the Capital Group, including Unipetrol as well as Mazeikiu Nafta. He worked as a consultant for GSI-SI Group and then from 2014 to 2022 ran a business in strategic, business and financial consulting, providing services to entities in the innovation industries including Media, ICT, Smart City. He also served on the supervisory boards of PBC as well as EKO-BABICE, among others. He is a graduate of the Technical University of Lodz (Organization and Management) and The George Washington University School of Business and Public Management, as well as an MBA graduate. Since 2010, he has been a lecturer at the postgraduate MBA, EMBA program at GFKM.
