Graduated from the University of Warsaw in Musicology and the Chopin Academy (now the University) of Music in Composition and Conducting. He also studied Musicology and Composition at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Since 1994, he has specialised as an editor, producer and publisher. He initiated the International Social Education Programme "Bilingual Future" in 2012.
