Doctor of Law, manager and legal advisor. For many years, provided legal services to capital companies in the production, transport and construction industry, as well as to local government units and State Treasury organizational units. He is experienced in exercising corporate governance in capital companies.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin.

He is the author of several dozen scientific publications on civil procedure law and civil and commercial law.
