He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the fuel and energy industry, gained in operational and financial management and in the implementation of infrastructure and capital projects with the assembly of financial ventures in the domestic and international market.

Since 2019, he has been associated with the PGE Group. In April 2020 he became Vice President of PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A., he supervises and coordinates investments in the construction of RES generating units and the Development and Innovation Office. He performs management functions in special purpose companies of the PGE Capital Group, including those dedicated to the construction of onshore wind farms and the development and construction of photovoltaic farms. He also holds the position of PV Program Director in the PGE Capital Group.

Graduated from the Faculty of Oil and Gas Drilling at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in Project Management in Organizations at the Faculty of Production Engineering and Logistics of Opole University of Technology. He uses his project management skills in PRINCE2® methodology, supported by appropriate certificates.
