Entrepreneur, investor, sales practitioner and volunteer supporting many socio-economic initiatives. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk and the Faculty of Special Education of the Baltic Higher School of Humanities, a certified paramedic. He has over 26 years of experience in sales and over 21 years in management. As a consultant, he has been improving processes in his clients' enterprises for 14 years. For over 4 years, he has been sharing his business experience as part of the largest association of entrepreneurs in the Pomeranian Voivodeship - Pomeranian Employers.
He supported the development of companies from the Pomeranian Technology Park in Gdynia and the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park. For years, he has been involved in the organization of the "PARAMEDYK" Tactical Medicine Conference, the originator and organizer of which is the Independent Counter-Terrorist Subdivision of the Police in Gdańsk. This conference is combined with workshops and competitions in which anti-terrorist teams subordinate to the Ministry of National Defence, Justice and Interior and Administration compete. For 8 years he was a dog guide and a height rescuer in the Rescue and Search Group of the Volunteer Fire Service in Gdańsk, closely cooperating with the Specialist Search and Rescue Group of the State Fire Service in Gdańsk.

Privately, he is passionate about shooting and defence in the broad sense. In 2005, he obtained the title of Sports Instructor with a specialization in Shooting. The result of combining passion with professional experience is the start of production of the Smart Target Shooting Trainer, which allows you to polish your shooting skills outside shooting ranges. Another product is a laser insert for airsoft replicas. The combination of both solutions makes training in the use of weapons a mass process, safe and with the lowest training costs.
