Doctor of Social Sciences. Head of the Behavioral Analysis and Social Research Team at the Institute of Finance (by Ministry of Finance). Assistant professor at the College of Economics and Management Sciences of the Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School in Warsaw.
Member of the Program Council of the New Europe Institute. Expert in public policy, social research and behavioral economics. Graduate of doctoral studies in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and master's studies in sociology at the University of Warsaw.
She completed postgraduate studies in administration and public finance (SGGW), marketing research (SWPS), brand management (SGH) and history of art (Collegium Civitas). She has many years of research, analytical, scientific, expert and educational experience as well as in the activities of local government. Author of several dozen scientific publications and expert reports related to socio-economic policies, development, cultural heritage, culture, creativity, tourism, trust, social capital, local government, crises and public finances.

Author of two books: “Public policy towards immovable monuments in Poland. Experiences-Rules-Model" (ISP, 2023), "Castle and palace museums in Poland in the light of the positive externalities of their activities" (Difin, 2021).
