Adam Zygmunt Młodkowski

Member of the Board of Directors of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

Adam Zygmunt Młodkowski graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz, majoring in finance and banking. He also completed, among other things, the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona, a study for financial directors organized by the Institute for Business Development, as well as a brokerage course and a course for candidates for members of supervisory boards of companies with a State Treasury shareholding. At the beginning of his career, he was associated with the banking sector. He worked at the Pekao Group S.A. and PKO Bank Polski S.A. handling strategic clients and financing investment projects. From 2003 to 2009 he was a member of the Management Board and then Vice President of the Management Board, and from 2008 he became President of the Management Board of Bankowy Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. After leaving the PKO BP Group, Adam Młodkowski became the founder and president of two independent consulting companies, dealing with, among other things, corporate financial restructuring and capital raising, asset valuations and strategic consulting. From 2016 to 2017, he worked at the Polish Armament Group S.A. In 2018, he became an advisor to the President of SGB Bank, responsible for the branch network reorganization project.

He then became Managing Director of the sales division at Pocztylion-Arka PTE S.A.. From January to September 2020, he was an independent member of the supervisory board of NDS_CCP S.A. recommended by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. In September 2020, after receiving approval from the Financial Supervision Commission, he assumed the position of Vice President for Finance at the Polish Power Exchange. Since April 2021, he has also been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Commodity Clearing House S.A.
