The Three Seas Initiative, which has been in existence since 2016, includes 12 EU member countries from Central Europe. It is hard to imagine Ukraine joining this program - at least as long as it is outside EU structures. But it's also hard to imagine the Three Seas Initiative setting its back to Ukraine. How, then, will mutual relations be arranged?
