Media and the raison d’etat

Are the media appearing in Poland obligated to represent the Polish state's raison d'état?
Does the military threat of war beyond our eastern border impose greater obligations on the Polish media?
Is it the role of the media to protect readers/audience/viewers from hybrid attacks in the public space?
