The war in Ukraine has crystallized divisions in Central Europe over policy toward China. How do the various countries in the region approach this cooperation? What role did the Russian invasion of Ukraine play in crystallizing the positions of Central European countries on the issue of policy toward China? What role does the United States play? What is the relationship between the introduction of 5 G technologies and security cooperation between the countries of the region and the US? How much is pure business and how much is security?
