Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Telecommunications. Over the years, he has implemented numerous projects in the telco industry and, for several years, also in the field of air protection. He managed the Educational Networks Division at the National Research Institute NASK, developing the All-Poland Educational Network and supervising the development of the Educational Network. Educational Network and overseeing the development of the Educational Anti-Smog Network ESA.

Currently, he is the director of the Innovative Methods Development Programme Management Department at NCBR.
