Rasa Jukneviciene is a Lithuanian politician and doctor, one of the signatories of the Lithuanian Act of Independence of March 11, 1990, Member of Seimas, Minister of Defense of Lithuania from 2008 to 2012, Member of the European Parliament of the ninth term.
