Piotr Sabat has been a Member of the PKN ORLEN Management Board since March 1st, 2022. He oversees Property Investment Implementation, Technology Development and Technical Equipment Areas.

Lawyer and economist by education, with professional experience in various management and supervisory areas of enterprises and functions including that of Deputy President of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Link 4 Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A., Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Mostostal Płock S.A., Legal Director in the corporate structure of FM Logistic responsible for legal, insurance, risk and safety management and Head of the Legal Department of GEFCO Group for Poland.

A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź, PhD studies in law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, PhD studies in economics at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Executive MBA studies - a joint programme of the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies in Vienna (WIIW), postgraduate studies in management and audit at the Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in debt collection at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in negotiation and mediation at the SWPS University.

Mr. Sabat also has teaching experience gained in connection with conducting MBA classes at Collegium Humanum - Warsaw Management University and the Academy of Military Art, and in postgraduate studies at the University of Management and Law in Warsaw.
