A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science and the faculty of Management of the Częstochowa University of Technology.

From June 30, 2020 to April 10, 2022 he was the President of the Management Board of ENEA S.A. In the period from December 2018 to June 2020 he was the President of the Management Board of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A.

In the years 2017-2018 he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board of PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A., and in the years 2016-2017 he was the President of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej PEC S.A. in Jastrzębie-Zdrój.
