He is responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of the strategy of operations and development of the Ministry of Finance and the National Fiscal Administration. He supervises management processes and coordinates management control in the Ministry of Finance.
He also deals with legal and economic aspects of the development of cashless transactions.
Previously, he was engaged for many years in conducting legislative work on the regulation of payment services market in the domestic and EU law, electronic money, as well as the issue of new technologies in financial services (FinTech).
