Mirosław Skowron

Mirosław Skowron President of the Management Board of PERN S.A. Expert with numerous years of experience in the energy, construction, and mining sector.
He has experience in strategy development and organization transformation, project and risk management, and for many years he has been involved in energy projects. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology, MBA course graduate at the Wrocław University of Economics. He also holds an MBA from the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Education. He also graduated from Stanford Business School and from the Strategic Leadership Academy course at ICAN Institute, organized by Harvard Business Review. Between 2018 and 2023 he was a member of the Management Board of CIECH S.A., responsible among others for production, energy and maintenance affairs.

Before that he served as the president of Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Kopalń S.A. within the KGHM Group, Polimex-Energetyka Sp. z o.o., Energa Elektrownie Ostrołęka S.A. and Energa Invest S.A., as well as PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A.
