Marcin Przydacz

Secretary of State, Head of the Office of International Policy of the Chancellery
of the President of the Republic of Poland

Marcin Przydacz, Secretary of State, Head of the International Policy Bureau Born on the 26th of June 1986 in Wieluń. He graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University. He also studied international relations and philosophy there. As part of a student exchange he studied at the University of Messina, and National University Kyiv-Mogilev Academy in Kyiv.

He completed courses in Italian and European law. He completed the attorney application and passed the bar exam in 2015. From 2010 to 2014 he cooperated with the Jagiellonian Club as a foreign policy analyst. He also worked for the Centre of analyses of the Republican Foundation. From 2012-2015 he was an academic lecturer at the John Paul II University in Kraków, and from 2013-2015 he was the chairman of the board of Diplomacy and Politics Foundation. From 2015 to 2019 he was deputy director of the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Chalcellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

From 2019 to 2023 he was an Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, responsible for security, American, Asian and Eastern policies. From January the 13th 2023 the President appointed Marcin Przydacz to the position of Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, Head of the International Policy Bureau. He oversees the International Policy Bureau and the Press Bureau.
