A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdansk and the Faculty of Special Pedagogy at the Baltic College of Humanities, he is a certified paramedic.

He has over 25 years of experience in sales and over 20 years in management. As a consultant, he has been involved in process improvement at his clients' companies for 13 years. For more than 3 years, he has been sharing his business experience as part of the largest association of entrepreneurs in Pomerania - Employers of Pomerania. He supported the development of companies from the Pomeranian Technology Park in Gdynia and the Gdansk Science and Technology Park.

For years he has been involved in the organization of the "PARAMEDYK" Tactical Medicine Conference, the originator and organizer of which is the Independent Counter-Terrorist Sub-Division of the Police in Gdansk. This conference is combined with workshops and competitions in which anti-terrorist teams under the Ministries of National Defense, Justice and Internal Affairs and Administration compete.

For 8 years he was a dog handler and altitude rescuer in the Search and Rescue Group of the TSO in Gdansk, working closely with the Specialized Search and Rescue Group of the PSP in Gdansk.

Privately, he is passionate about shooting and defense in the broadest sense. In 2005 he obtained the title of Sports Instructor with a specialization in Shooting.

The result of combining his passion with his professional experience is the launch of the Smart Target Shooting Trainer, which allows you to polish your shooting skills outside the shooting ranges. Another product is a laser insert for ASG replicas. The combination of the two solutions allows to make training in the use of weapons a mass process, safe and with maximum low training costs.
