He has been involved in the ICT market for over 20 years. He deals with ICT solutions for government administration, local government, uniformed services, energy, education, health care and Industry 4.0. Professionally he has worked for Orange, CISCO, Hewlett-Packard, Statoil and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is the author of the report "Internet of Things i Artificial Intelligence w Polsce" and "Polska (prawdziwie) cyfrowa". Expert of the Sobieski Institute since 2006, member of the Board since May 2019. Co-founder and CEO of the Normal State Association, author of two books about Poland and studies on JOW (single-member district).
