For most of his professional career, he has been associated with the pharmaceutical industry, where he managed the sales teams of the world's largest corporations. He has been improving his competences for over a dozen years to be able to build effective, motivated teams achieving the best results in Poland. His work is based on the idea of development through cooperation. At the Port of Gdansk Authority S.A. since 2016.

From the beginning of his work, he has been creating the image of the Commercial Department as a business partner, building relationships with contractors based primarily on understanding their business. Over the last 7 years, it has been successfully commercializing free space, optimizing and improving processes, striving to increase the efficiency of the port's operation. These activities allowed the Port of Gdansk to achieve record-breaking transshipments, the highest growth dynamics and advancement in European rankings. A graduate of the Gdańsk Academy of Physical Education, post-graduate studies in Management at the Gdańsk University of Technology and an Executive MBA at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
