A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Telecommunications. Over the years he implemented numerous projects in the telco industry and, for several years, in the field of air protection. He managed the Educational Networks Division at the National Research Institute NASK, developing the National Educational Network and supervising the development of the ESA Educational Anti-Smog Network. Currently Director of the Innovative Program Management Methods Development Department at NCBR.
