Legal advisor, currently director of the Ownership Supervision Department I at the Ministry of State Assets, responsible for banking sector. He is a graduated in law at the University of Bialystok and MBA Finance & Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology. He completed his legal adviser apprenticeship at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw.

He specializes in corporate law and legal support of the company's. In his practice to date, he has also dealt with energy law and M&A transactions as a member of advisory teams in the largest transactions of this type in recent years in Poland.
