Tomasz Zdzikot

From 2015 to 2017 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Interior and Administration. From 2017 to 2018, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Interior and Administration and Government Plenipotentiary for the Preparation of Governmental Administrative Agencies for Cooperation with the Schengen Information System and the Visa Information System.
From 2018 to 2020, he was Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defense, where he also served as the MND Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and of doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
He completed MBA studies in Cyber Security at the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Cyber Security at the Faculty of Command and Maritime Operations of the Bohaterów Westerplatte Naval Academy in Gdynia. He also completed the Top Public Executive program organized by IESE Business School in Barcelona and the President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration, as well as the Higher Defense Course at the National Defense Academy. He also trained at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, among others.
