Tomasz Szypuła - was born in 1962 in Wroclaw, where he lived and studied, and was active in numerous sports organizations (he was a goalkeeper of WKS Slask Wroclaw and a multiple member of the junior national team). He graduated from the local Mechanical Technical School (specializing in mechanical engineering) and from the University of Economics (obtaining the title of Master of Science in Food Industry, Faculty of Engineering and Economics). Then he started his activity as a sports activist of WKS Śląsk Wrocław and Polar Wrocław and later developed as an entrepreneur.
