Independent expert in the field of energy and the European emissions trading system, vice president at the Institute of National Economy, In the past, a long-standing member of the management boards of energy companies, among others, Vice President of the Management Board of ENEA S.A. for commercial affairs, vice-president of the board of directors of Enea Wytwarzanie for development strategy and financial matters (responsible for the operation, development and strategy of the ENEA Group with regard to RES; author of the concept of replacing depleted coal-fired power units with low-emission gas sources in the Enea Group in the future), CEO of Enea Nowa Energia and CEO of PGE Energia Odnawialna.

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw and in economics from the Faculty of Economics at Radom University of Technology.
Member of the RES Power Program Council. From 2005 to 2007, he served as head of office and residential real estate at the Prime Minister's Office.

Subsequently, he was director of the Warsaw Field Branch of the Military Property Agency (2007-2009). Director of the Logistics and Administration Department of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in 2009-2010. From 2010 to 2015, he was President of the Board of Directors of Radom Airport S.A. In 2015-2017, vice president of BGK Real Estate - responsible for the creation of the first Housing for Rent Fund of the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in Poland.
