Tomasz Rzymkowski

Secretary of State, Government Plenipotentiary for the Development and Internationalization of Education and Science

Tomasz Rzymkowski is responsible at the ministry for, among other things, issues concerning pedagogical supervision, general education and cooperation with school superintendents.

Tomasz Rzymkowski was born in 1986 in Kutno. In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2018, he received a doctoral degree in legal sciences on the basis of his dissertation "The system of the Republic of Poland in light of the provisions of the Constitutional Act of April 23, 1935 against the background of the system models of other countries."

Graduate of postgraduate studies: European Local Government Studies at the Catholic University of Lublin and Farm and Enterprise Accounting at the Warsaw School of Life Sciences.

He worked as a local government official in Lublin. He headed the Academic Social and Political Thought Club "Vade Mecum" and cooperated with the KoLiber association. He is the author of articles on legal and historical issues.

Member of the Sejm of the 8th and 9th terms. In the current term, he serves on the Committee on Liaison with Poles Abroad, the Legislative Committee and the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Parliamentary Affairs and Immunity.

Married, father of 3 sons.
