Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Public Procurement at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed the Executive MBA in Innovation Management at Queen Hedvig Academy. Since 2017 he worked at the Ministry of Infrastructure on railroad projects, where he was responsible, among others, for the Rail+ Program and the Bus Stop Program. He held a managerial position in the Office of the Minister of Infrastructure. Since October 2020, Social Advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure, and since March 2021, Social Advisor to the Prime Minister for Infrastructure and Transport. Member of the Management Board of PKP Intercity for strategy and development since September 2020.
