The Vice President of the Management Board of KDPW, the Central Securities Depository of Poland and KDPW_CCP, the CCP Clearinghouse Senior Manager, expert in the fields of financial markets, management, IT system development and security, and operational risk management. Since 1999 closely involved with KDPW – the Central Securities Depository in Poland. Member of the KDPW Management Board since 2006 and Vice President since 2009. Since 2011 also Vice President of the Management Board of KDPW_CCP Clearinghouse - separated from the structures of KDPW. Responsible for technology and operations in both companies. Has overseen numerous projects aimed at raising the standard and range of post-trade services, preparing and adapting the Polish financial market to international competition and standards. Key achievements include: implementation of the kdpw_stream depository-settlement system, implementation of risk management and corporate security systems, EU authorization of the KDPW_CCP central counterparty clearinghouse, the launch and registration of the KDPW Trade Repository in ESMA (the European Securities and Markets Authority) and also overseeing the launch and global authorisation of services involving assigning Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI).

KDPW conducted research and development related to the usage of blockchain technology on the capital market and finally launched the eVoting service for General Meetings of the listed companies and also eVoting Board service for Management Boards and Supervisory Boards. Currently KDPW conducts analytical work related to the usage of blockchain technology in the field of registration and trading of financial instruments. Member of the Program Council of the CIO Club.
Awarded the title of CIO of the Year in 2009 in the contest organised by IDG Poland Publishers and CIO IT Magazine - for the implementation of the kdpw_stream system.
In 2017 awarded the title of CIO of the last 15 years, presented by the CIO Club members. Since 2016 Member of ISDA CCP Committee and since 2017 Member of CCP12 Executive Committee. Since 2018 Member of Euro Cyber Resillience Board for Pan-European Financial Infrastructures (ECRB) - a forum for strategic discussions between entities of the financial market Infrastructure operating at the European Central Bank.
