Sławomir Kopeć

Sławomir Kopeć - since 2013 associated with the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, where he is the head of the Department of Cooperation with Administration and Economy. Previously, among others, long-term research and didactic employee of the Institute of Physics, Jagiellonian University, undersecretary of state in the Ministry of Communications (2000-2001), director of the Department of Information Society at the Marshal's Office of the Malopolska Region (2004-2008), CEO of the Kraków Technology Park (2008-2011), CEO of the Malopolska Broadband Network (2011-2013). In 1990-2006 local government activist (including Chairman of the City Council in Skawina and Deputy Chairman of the County Council in Kraków). In 2006-2008, member of the Informatization Council at the Ministry of Interior and Administration. In the years 2006-2011 head of the Steering Board of Małopolska Information Technology Cluster. Vice-Chairman of the Board of the MENAG Consortium implementing the Cluster project. Secretary of the Program Board of the Competence Network for Distributed Energy. Editor in chief of the journal "Distributed Energy".
