Robert Zasina

Born in 1969. Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at the College of Engineering in Opole. He also completed postgraduate studies in accounting, finance and power engineering at Wrocław University of Economics and MBA studies at the Polish-American Business School.

He has been involved in the power industry since the beginning of his professional career. He started his career in 1994 in the Power Engineering Plant in Opole, where he was the Manager of the Operator Services Realization Department. He was Director of the Distribution System Management Department at EnergiaPro, and Head of the Operator Services Office at TAURON Dystrybucja. He was also a member of the Technical Committee at the Polish Committee for Standardization. In recent years, he has held the position of Distribution Director at the Gliwice Branch of the company, as well as Director of the Distribution Services Sales Department.

Since 2002, he has participated in working teams at the Polish Society for Transmission and Distribution of Electricity (PTPiREE) on the topics of energy market, smart metering and legal regulations in the field of electricity.

Since October 2017. President of PTPiREE and since 2018 member of the Governing Board of the Polish Electricity Committee.
