Mr Rafał Marek Mucha is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, the Faculty of Law, and the Faculty of Economics at the University of Szczecin, the Faculty of Economics. He completed postgraduate studies in European project management, accounting, real estate market and EMBA, courses and seminars in financial analysis of enterprises, environmental protection and law, including tax law. He also completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Szczecin University in the field of Law. He is certified as an accountant.

Since December 2020, he has been a member of the Management Board for Finance of ENEA SA. Between 2016 and 2020 he was associated with the PGE Capital Group. In 2020 he served as Vice President of the Management Board for Finance in PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A., in 2016 - 2020 he was Deputy Branch Manager and simultaneously Economic and Financial Director in PGE GiEK S.A. Dolna Odra Power Plant Complex.

He has over fifteen years of experience in managing capital companies. He also gained his professional experience in the banking sector, where he dealt mainly with the evaluation of the economic situation of enterprises for the needs of credit granting, including debt restructuring. He conducted business activities and cooperated professionally with a law firm, he also lectured at the Higher School of Public Administration in Szczecin.
