Rafał Kalisz

President of the Management Board of FIBRAIN sp. z o.o.

Rafał Kalisz is the President of FIBRAIN Sp. z o.o., President of Stali Rzeszów S.A., Vice-President of D.A. GLASS. Since the beginning of his career he has been working for FIBRAIN (former ELMAT). Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. In 2019-2020 Rafał Kalisz also served as the Chairman of the University Council of the first term of the Ignacy Łukasiewicz Rzeszów University of Technology. Currently, he is involved in setting the vision of the company's development, day-to-day management of the entire group and supervision of the sales and strategic departments of the company.
In the functioning of companies managed by him, he focuses on sustainable development based on business ethics, innovation in all aspects of business, as well as teamwork, trust and cooperation with partners.

He is a propagator of the idea of corporate social responsibility. As President of the Management Board of Stal Rzeszów S.A., he is responsible for managing Stal Rzeszów Sports Club, and in particular for determining its development directions and implementing its strategy plans. Thanks to his initiative and commitment, the senior team and the Stal Rzeszów Football Academy have become professional and are following the direction outlined by Rafał Kalisz. Large community of the undertaking and activities focused on helping children make the projects in which Rafał Kalisz is involved build good social values.
For years President Kalisz has also supported and continues to support other sports disciplines, including boxing, volleyball, table tennis and even surfing. Moreover, he willingly and often gets involved in other social initiatives and actions, especially when it comes to the youngest, e.g. he supports the Podkarpackie Hospice for Children or the Children's Home in the Podkarpackie Province and regularly takes part in charity auctions. Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine he has been personally involved in helping our eastern neighbors through collecting money, food, medicine and most necessary articles and their transport directly to the front of the war.
