In the past, among others, Alternate Director and member of the Board of Directors at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank ( AIIB) on behalf of Poland (2016-2018), Board Representative of PKP Cargo for Silk Road Markets ( 2018-2020) and also author of several books on China and Asia.
He studied (as a MEN scholarship holder) at Chinese universities including Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou and Beijing University.
