Paweł Majewski is a manager with many years of experience in the management of capital companies, including those with State Treasury shareholding. In recent years, he was President of the Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG), as well as President of the Management Board of LOTOS Group. He was Vice-President of the Management Board of Huta Stalowa Wola, member of the Management Board of DO & CO Poland and President of the Management Board of Airport Cleaning Service. He also has long professional experience in managerial positions in PETROLOT (currently ORLEN Aviation) and as Director of the Variable Margin and Production Management Division in PGNiG TERMIKA. Member of the Supervisory Board of companies operating in the industrial and real estate sector.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and postgraduate Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) studies at the Warsaw Management University.
