Paweł Grochowski

Member of the Management Board of Arche Group

Arche Group was created by Władysław Grochowski as a Polish hotel chain, mainly in historic buildings, where the old fabric is given a new value that provides satisfaction to customers. Arche is an example of a company that skillfully combines social responsibility with profitability in business. It has organized 12,000 overnight stays for refugees from Ukraine in its hotel facilities, and is currently adapting buildings for long-term stays for them, e.g. in Warsaw, Ozarow Mazowiecki, Konstancin, Siedlce and Lublin. The Lena Grochowska Foundation helps repatriates from the East and supports people with intellectual disabilities by integrating them into professional and social life.
