Mariusz Przybylik heads the Energy, Chemical and Mining areas at Accenture in Poland. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting for the energy sector. He gained his experience leading projects in strategy, investment, energy trading, new technologies, integration and transformation of companies in Poland as well as in other countries in Europe, America and Asia. He was responsible for project implementation and business development support for offices in many countries around the world. He also led many projects in defining corporate strategies, business area strategies and functional strategies for major companies in Poland.

He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering from Wroclaw University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He also completed educational programs at Oxford and London Business School. He lectured on the MBA at Warsaw University of Technology in the field of strategy definition.
