A graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, he has several years of experience in developing logistics systems, working on road, rail and passenger transport projects.

Author of numerous publications on the logistics industry, previously managed the Polish Institute of Road Transport as Vice-President of the Management Board, then held the position of Director of the Department of Logistics and Customs at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Co-author of the concept of the Polish Digital Logistics Operator under the Synergy program at the Ministry of State Assets, implemented as a strategic project at the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A., President of the Management Board of WSE Logistics S.A.
