A graduate of the Agricultural Academy in Poznań and the Poznań University of Economics. He also completed an Executive Master of Business Administration. He has extensive experience in managing private companies and public administration units. He was, among others, Deputy President of the Agricultural Market Agency in Warsaw and Voivodeship Inspector of Plant Protection and Seed Administration in Bydgoszcz.

Author of many publications, expert opinions and analyses in the field of agricultural policy. A member of, among others, the Kujawsko-Pomorski Team of the COBORU Continuous Varietal Experimentation, Advisory Team for Rural and Agricultural Affairs at the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship Office in Bydgoszcz and the Sectoral Council for Competence in Trade at the National Chamber of Commerce.
