For over 20 years associated with the Polish capital market. From 1989 to 2002, assistant lecturer at the Chair of Organization Theory at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. 1989-1990 advisor in the Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Ownership Transformations at the Ministry of Finance. From 1995 to 2002, Director of the Issuance and Guarantee Department, and then Managing Director at the Pekao S.A. Central Brokerage House. From 2003 - 2012 Director of the Brokerage Office of Bank BGŻ, 2013 - 2014 Director and then Vice President at IDM S.A., 2015 - 2017 President of the Management Board of Dom Maklerski Banku BPS S.A., 2017 - 2018 President of the Management Board of PGE Dom Maklerski.
Co-author of the textbook "Zarządzanie - teoria i praktyka" edited by Prof. A.K. Koźmiński, lecturer at courses for candidates for supervisory board members in State Treasury companies. Since 2004, he has been active in the Chamber of Brokerage Houses as Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee, Vice President of the Board, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Council of Brokerage Houses.
Graduate of the Faculty of Management at Warsaw University, scholarship holder of the International Marketing and Management Program at Copenhagen Business School and numerous international educational programs.
