He has been serving as Secretary of State in the Ministry of State Assets since December 3, 2019.

He was born on 9 October 1974 in Warsaw. Graduate of the History Department of the Catholic University of Lublin, Postgraduate Management Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, Labour Resource Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, Use of EU Funds at the Higher School of Social and Media Culture in Toruń and MBA studies at the Higher School of Commerce and Services.

Member of the Polish Parliament of the 7th, 8th, 9th term. In 2016-2017 he was Secretary of State at the Ministry of State Treasury, in 2017-2018 Secretary of State at the Prime Minister's Office. In 2018-2019 he headed the Parliamentary Committee on Energy and the State Treasury.
