Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of Political Science. Graduate of Executive MBA studies organized by GFKM and University of Gdańsk, validated by RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He also completed master's studies at Warsaw University and Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Expert in ESG, fuel markets, new technologies, energy security policy in Poland and countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Since 2020 he has been professionally connected with Enea S.A. where, as the Manager of Environmental Relations Office, he manages, among others, ESG reporting processes within the whole Capital Group. In the past he worked for LOTOS Group and ARP Group. He also worked as an assistant and then as a professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Administration at the University of Information Technology, Management and Administration in Warsaw. Author or co-author of many expert opinions, books and scientific publications, covering in particular, the topics of energy, geopolitics, security and innovation, which for years have been his main areas of scientific and professional interest.
