Leszek Wiwała graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. He also studied at the Center for English and European Law at Warsaw University. After graduation he worked in a law firm. Later, he focused his professional activity on the spirits industry. In 2006 he became managing director of the National Spirits Processing Council; in 2009 - president of the Employers' Association of the Polish Spirits Industry. In 2018 he opened his own consulting company. He has been President and General Director of the Polish Organization of Oil Industry and Trade since June 2019.
