He began his career in 1993 at Azur Group Poland (now AXA Group), where he created and developed the structures of subsequent companies within the Group. He then served as a member of the board of directors and chief financial officer at Cardif Poland Life Insurance Company. He has extensive experience in financial and operations management. He also dealt with complex technical aspects of insurance product development and management.
Since 2016, he served as a member of the board of directors of PKO Ubezpieczenia and oversaw the areas of finance, actuarial, IT, administration and company operations. In August 2021, he was appointed CEO of PKO Insurance.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He also completed business courses at Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Tours, France.
