Lechosław Rojewski

Mr Lechosław Rojewski graduated from Gdynia Maritime University, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and completed doctoral studies at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. He completed numerous trainings and courses in accounting, taxes, controlling, IAS and IFRS, and finance. He is authorized to provide accounting services. He participated in the Academy of Controlling and Management Accounting. He is a certified European Funds advisor. He worked as a lecturer at the T. Kotarbiński University of Information Technology and Management in Olsztyn. He cooperated with the School of Banking in Gdańsk and Gdynia and the School of Administration and Business in Gdynia. From 2019 to 2021 he was Vice President of the Management Board for Finance of Węglokoks S.A. From 2016 to 2019, he was associated with Port Gdański Eksploatacja S.A., where he first served as Vice President of the Management Board for Finance and then as President of the Management Board. In addition, he gained experience working in manufacturing, service and trading companies, as well as being an expert, coordinator and moderator of EU projects in the field of implementation of strategic planning in the company and introduction of innovative technical and organizational solutions to ensure effective competition in domestic and foreign markets. He has extensive experience in restructuring companies, optimizing financial and accounting processes, planning and budgeting, cash flow management, and reducing foreign exchange risk. He has also been involved in implementation of integrated information systems _ERP_.
